Unable to recreate my domain after removing it
« on: June 30, 2019, 04:51:17 PM »
Hi SE-JAY and anyone else that is here! A little while ago I was thinking of going to another free web host besides ServedEZ after a bit of downtime issues a few months ago and while I was in the process of going to a different host I ended up deleting my entire site from the root level (probably something nobody should ever do but I done it anyways after trying to find a way in DirectAdmin to once delete my entire hosting account from here!) in the DirectAdmin file manager thinking I'll never use ServedEZ ever again.

However I've decided to change my mind and still host here but I'm greeted with one big problem with that being that my domain (playmcla.tk) cannot be recreated from scratch again, therefore being greeted with a whole bunch of errors saying that the home directory for my account (vmkmunfl) does not exist or is a dangling symbolic link along with a bunch of other directories missing. To work around that problem, I recreated all the directories myself in the hierarchy shown in the first screenshot that I attached here. Hoping that will work, I'm still greeted with the same errors, as more than likely it was going to be that my account's home folder wasn't assigned to the apache/root user on the server, as I'm guessing that's what's needed for it to work but sadly I don't have access to changing the owners of a folder, as seen in the 2nd screenshot that I attached here.

If anyone can help me with this, wether it be changing the owner of my newly created home folder that I made myself to attempt on fixing this problem or trying something completely diffrent please let me know!
