DNS ERROR. Site Inaccessible
« on: April 02, 2019, 06:54:57 AM »
Thank you for addressing the former ticket and that problem has been resolved. But now my website is facing a new problem, it has become inaccessible for past 2 days. It must be due to DNS error as i don't know much of the configuration of DNS, i would be happy if Servedez.com helps me in resolving this problem and bringing my site back to life.

ALL INFORMATION (some of them sensitive) is PM to you. Plz take some time to go through it.

EDIT: I am using Cloudflare as my DNS provider.
Best regards,
MovoCode

Try these values in Cloudflare:

Type:A            Name:@         Value:212.59.241.137      TTL:Automatic

Hi,
I would strongly suggest escalating to Cloud Flare as we are not your current DNS host.

You can always try resetting your DNS settings back to servedez default and that should solve the issue for you :)

Easier way to change the nameservers to servedez and delete from the cloudflare your domain.
When you did then 5-10 minutes later add your domain to the cloudflare and you can change the nameservers back to the cloudflare. This way the DNS ip addresses will be reimported and the dns setup will be fine again.
It is the easiest way. There is other way too.
Synchronize your dns settings with the servedez manually so you will need to change ip address in your dns zones via cloudflare.
If your subdomain doesn't work then you will need to create a subdomain or redirection via servedez's control panel and add a new dns zone in the cloudflare.

It sounds complicated but it is not the practice part. :P
