Close Support threads
I am suggestion this too that if the person who opened the thread in the Support topic doesn't confirm that the answers helped him then they will get a warning.
For example:
- I am opening a topic
- Someone answer the topic with the helpful message which solve the problem
- I don't confirm after 1 week either that it helped me
- Then I will get a warning

So the thread owner will have 1 week to confirm if the answer helped him/her or not. If no answer then the staff members will close the thread and the thread owner will get warning points.

Another suggestion about warning system
If the member collected for example 10 warning points then they will be banned from the forum and terminated their hosting service.

It will help much to control both the forum and the hosting. Of course in this case everybody need to register with the same email.
To do this the forum registration needs to be changed to the admin manual approval. The forum admin or other staff members will check if the registered user use the same email as in the WHMCS or not. If not then the registration will be declined and/or the staff member can send an email to the specific email that "The registration declined because you didn't use the same email" or something like that.
