I received the message #359420

Fault Type :
High CPU/Memory Usage

Suggested Action :

Optimize your website to be more efficient.
Upgrade to dedicated resource (Virtual/Dedicated Server).
You may find additional details under "Extra Features -> Resource Usage" within your management panel.

Please act immediately. Failure to response to this notice within next 24 hour will result in automated suspension, leading to an automated termination after 48 hours of suspension. Failure to resolve this issue, within 48 hours of receiving this notice, will result in automated termination of your service.

I checked that my rss client sent too many requests, so I shut down it.

Although I reply the ticket, the service is stilled suspended.

Hello Your service was suspended for excessive cpu usage. Please limit the process :).
I went ahead an unsuspneded it.

Please closely monitor your cpu and memory usage to avoid further service interruption.
